Return and Refund policy

We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received; we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new condition.


1. Conditions of return
NOTE: No refund or replacement for custom order!!!
(1) Return period: If you want to return the goods, please apply within 30 days of delivery
(2) Applicable situations for return and exchange: The hair is in its original packaging and has not been worn, damaged, or removed.
(3) You need to provide information to apply for return: order number, product photo proof
(4) Returned items must be in the same condition as you received them, with the original packing. Any item that has been used, damaged, altered or missing parts will not qualify for a return.
(5) We won’t accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting us first.
(6) The original shipping cost paid for the order is not included in the refund for returns.

2. Return process
Step 1: Please email the customer service mailbox, we will process the email within 24 hours and give the processing result;
Step 2: After you receive the reply email, please return the product within 48 hours and indicate the tracking number;


Refund process:
(1) After we receive the returned product, it will take 3 days to process it. We will notify the refund process through the customer service email, and the refund will be paid to the original method of payment within 48 hours.
